December is in full swing, and you know what that means…
So to help you get started on this year’s holiday baking, I’ve rounded up some of the best cookie recipes around.
P.S. I might be just a little biased seeing as all of them are MY recipes 😉
#1 White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Blossoms
As oppose to the traditional “Peanut Butter Blossoms,” these cookies are infused with the divine sweetness of white chocolate!
#2 Cookies N’ Creme Pudding Cookies
Just to clear things up, you don’t have to be a white chocolate fanatic like myself to be utterly in love with these cookies. If you’re a fan of Oreos (who isn’t??), then you will go wild for these sweet and oh-so soft bundles of cookie joy!
#3 Eggnog Gooey Butter Cookies
If the Powerpuff Girls were cookies, I’m pretty sure this is what they would taste like. After all, they ARE made of “sugar and spice, and everything nice,” aren’t they?
There’s hot chocolate mix baked INTO the dough. Not just boring ol’ cocoa powder, but ACTUAL hot chocolate powder, which means that it has that wonderful milk chocolatey richness reminiscent of a warm cup of hot chocolate.
#5 Soft & Chewy Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
Unlike the Lofthouse cookies which almost dissolve in your mouth since they’re so cakey, these cookies are super soft, yet perfectly chewy at the same time! Exactly the way a cookie should be!
#6 Soft Batch Eggnog Snickerdoodles
This cookie brings together two holiday favorites–Snickerdoodles and Eggnog! Nothing screams Christmas like a tall glass of Eggnog and a warm plate of freshly baked Snickerdoodles!
#7 Pumpkin Sugar Cookies with Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
These aren’t just pumpkin cookies. These are pumpkin SUGAR cookies!!
#8 Triple Chocolate Nutella-Stuffed Pudding Cookies
There’s no hiding how soft, thick and perfectly chewy these cookies are. They’ve got that excellent chewy factor–just like brownies!
They’re basically oatmeal chocolate chip cookies on steroids.
These Red Velvet Sugar Cookies are SO much more than simple frosted sugar cookies. They’re ultra soft, wonderfully thick, perfectly moist and slightly chewy. Not the least bit cakey or crumbly.
NOW GET TO BAKING!!!
I mean…happy baking 😀
