White Chocolatefor curls and dipping the edges of the glass in
Crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
Whipped Cream
Cinnamon
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the cereal to the milk, and stir until fully soaked; let steep for about 45 minutes.
Place a fine-mesh sieve over a medium bowl and strain out the milk. Using the back of a spoon, wring the milk out of the cereal, but don’t force the cereal through the sieve. Discard the soaked cereal.*
Transfer the cereal milk to a medium saucepan, and add the white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir constantly over medium heat until the chocolate is melted, and the mixture begins to boil.
Pour into a mug. Garnish as desired.**
Notes
*Once drained, it comes out to about 2/3 cup of milk.**I dipped the edges of my glass into melted white chocolate before dipping it into coarsely crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch. After I poured the hot chocolate into the glass, I topped it with whipped cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, white chocolate curls, and a few pinches of ground cinnamon.
