Cookie Butter Puppy Chow
An incredibly addictive mix of crispy cookie butter-coated cereal squares and crunchy Biscoff cookies!

- 1 (8.8 oz) package Biscoff cookies divided
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup cookie butter (Biscoff or Speculoos spread)
- 6 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
In a food processor (or with a large zip-top bag and a rolling pin), crush 20 of the cookies until broken into fine crumbs.
Microwave the chocolate chips and cookie butter in a large microwave-safe bowl for one minute. Remove and stir until smooth and thoroughly incorporated. If lumps still remain, return mixture to the microwave for 20-30 more seconds.
Pour cereal into cookie butter mixture and stir to coat. Add the crushed cookies, stirring until cereal is evenly coated. Place the powdered sugar into a large ziplock bag*. Dump the cereal mixture into the bag, seal, and shake until cereal is fully coated. Break or chop up the remaining Biscoff cookies and toss them into the mix. Shake and enjoy!
