Ingredients

  • 35 Oreos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1 (12 oz) package orange-colored candy melts
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chopped
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor*, crush the Oreos until finely ground. Add the cream cheese and pulse until everything is blended together. Set aside.
  • Microwave candy melts in a bowl until smooth. Do the same with the milk chocolate in a separate bowl.
  • Pour half of the melted orange candy melts onto the lined baking sheet. With an offset spatula, smooth out into a rectangle, measuring at about 8"x12". You'll want to make sure the rectangle is big enough to fit all of the Oreo filling between both layers. Top with half of the milk chocolate and spread out into an even layer, making sure to cover as much orange as possible. Allow chocolate to set in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  • Once set, scoop Oreo truffle mixture over entire surface of chocolate. Using your fingers, press filling into an even layer.
  • Pour remaining melted orange candy melts on top of truffle layer, making sure to get an even layer that covers all of the truffle mixture. Drizzle remaining melted milk chocolate all over the top. Finish with sprinkles. Freeze chocolate bark for at least one hour.
  • Once frozen, peel bark from the wax paper and break/cut into as many pieces as desired. Store Oreo Truffle Bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

*If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the Oreos in a large zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Once evenly crushed, pour Oreo crumbs into a large bowl and stir the cream cheese in with a spoon until well-blended.
