No-Stir Honey Almond Granola

Clumps of honey-soaked oats, toasty almonds, and sweet coconut come together to make this quick, easy, and super flavorful granola. Forget the store-bought stuff--homemade healthy granola is where it's at!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 325ºF .
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla, almond extract, and salt. Stir in oats, nuts, and coconut.
  • Spread oat mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet. Use the back of a large spoon or spatula to press mixture into a thin, evenly compact layer.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until lightly browned, rotating baking sheet halfway through baking time.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Once granola is cool, break into clusters.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
