Ingredients

  • 4 cups chex cereal squares (rice or corn)
  • 2 cups Cheerios
  • 18 ounces vanilla almond bark or white chocolate
  • ½ teaspoon Duncan Hines Frosting Creations flavor mix - White Chocolate Raspberry
  • 6 cups plain popped popcorn
  • ¼ teaspoon Duncan Hines Frosting Creations flavor mix - Cotton Candy
  • 1 (8 oz) bag Cadbury mini eggs
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the chex and Cheerios.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt 8 ounces of the almond bark according to package instructions. Once melted, stir in the white chocolate raspberry flavor mix and pour over the cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread cereal mix into an even layer on one of the lined baking sheets.
  • Pour popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Melt 6 ounces of the almond bark in the microwave and stir in the cotton candy flavor mix. Pour over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Spread popcorn mix into an even layer on the other lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle Cadbury eggs evenly over both mixes. Melt the remaining 4 ounces of almond bark in the microwave and drizzle it over each mix. Add the sprinkles on top.
  • Allow both mixes to harden before breaking apart and combining both mixes into one. Snack mix will stay fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
