Pumpkin Cake Batter Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (I used Fage Total 0%)*
  • 1 ¼ cups yellow cake mix dry
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except for the cool whip until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until no white streaks appear.
  • Serve with cookies*, crackers, pretzels or fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

*I lightened up the dip by using Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt as well as fat free whipped topping, which ended up equaling 108 calories per serving.
*I like to dip Trader Joe's Ginger Cat Cookies!
