Soft, warm, and ooey gooey, this giant cookie is BRIMMING with Oreos, cookies ‘n’ creme chocolate, Oreo candy bars, and white chocolate!
To me, there’s nothing more alluring than that contrasting combo of vanilla and dark chocolate. Whether it’s Oreos with their vanilla creme filling sandwiched between two crunchy chocolate wafers, or dreamy vanilla ice cream loaded with chocolate cookie crumbles, I can’t get enough of cookies n’ creme ANYTHING. In fact, I’m absolutely obsessed with Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme candy bars. I mean, what’s not to love about a creamy white chocolate bar brimming with dark chocolatey cookie bits??
And in case you’ve been living under a rock (or live a healthier/less sugar-obsessed lifestyle than I do), Oreo not only produces about a baJillian different cookie flavors, but they also make an instant Oreo pudding and Oreo candy bar as well.
So seeing as there are so many cookies n’ creme/Oreo products to choose from, why not make the decision easy by combining them ALL into one giant cookie?
This Cookies n’ Creme Pizookie literally has EVERYTHING–soft and deliciously doughy vanilla cookie dough flecked with chocolate cookie bits, hunks of Hershey Cookies ‘n’ Creme chocolate, crispy Oreos, Oreo candy bar pieces, and rich white chocolate chips. Whether you’re an Oreo addict or a cookies n’ creme fanatic, I guarantee your tastebuds are going to go absolutely bonkers over this pizookie.
Not to brag or anything, but I actually had every single one of these Oreo products in my pantry already. That’s how much of a die-hard fan/junk food junkie I truly am. Honestly, you wouldn’t believe how jam-packed my candy/snack drawer is right now. It’s kind of embarrassing…but hey, if you need literally any flavor of Kit Kat bar, I got your back!
Back to the pizookie…
Aside from its abundance of Oreo-liciousness, what makes this ginormous cookie so delectable is the Oreo pudding. Not only does it infuse the cookie with that wonderful cookies n’ creme flavor, but it assures that the pizookie remains soft and doughy for days and days.
That is, if your pizookie lasts that long, of course…
One of my favorite things about making pizookies is that there’s no dough-chilling involved and everything goes into one skillet. No dough-rolling. No waiting for several different batches to bake. Everything comes together quickly and easily! You even have the option of making the whole thing up ahead of time (up to a few days in advance), refrigerating it, then baking it up the day of devouring.
My favorite part is always the layering of pizookies. After half of the dough is pressed into the pan, the Oreos, candy bar sections, and white chocolate chips go in. Feel free to experiment with other Oreo flavors. I decided to go with the classic Oreo, but I’m sure double-stuffed would have been even better. Better yet, the “Most Stuf” Oreos would have been PHENOMENAL in this.
Dang…welp, I guess I’m just gonna have to make this pizookie again so I can test it out 😉
What’s better than a giant, warm and ooey gooey cookie fresh from the oven? A giant, warm and ooey gooey cookie topped with a creamy scoop of ice cream of course!
When it comes to eating/inhaling this stunning beast of a diabetic coma, it’s kind of a requirement/unofficial law to top it with a scoop of ice cream first. While the classic flavor of choice is usually vanilla, I decided to go with the more fitting Cookies n’ Creme ice cream.
Because if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s impossible to ever go overboard when it involves cookies n’ creme…

- 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temp.
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- One whole egg
- One egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (4.2 oz) box instant Oreo pudding mix (dry)
- 6 ounces Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme chocolate bar coarsely chopped
To Assemble:
- 16 Oreo cookies
- 1 (2.88 oz) package Oreo chocolate candy bar
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until combined; set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter until smooth. Add in both sugars and mix on high for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the egg and egg yolk one at a time, mixing after each addition until combined. Add in the vanilla. Then stir in the pudding mix.
- With mixer set on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture into the wet mixture until everything has been incorporated. Stir in chopped Hershey Cookies 'n' Creme chocolate.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Press 1/2 of the dough into a greased 10-inch cast iron skillet. Evenly space the Oreos on top. Fill the empty spaces with Oreo candy bar sections. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly throughout.
- Take chunks of the remaining dough, flatten slightly, and layer them side by side on top of the Oreo layer. Try to cover as much of the Oreos as possible.
- Bake for 23-26 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool for at least 20-30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
